Education SuperMart, LLC is a consulting firm licensed in the state of Arizona that assists Superintendents, Principals, and other Administrators of K-12 districts and schools in the provision of education related, federal and state mandated services.
EdSmart staff work with the faculty and administration to identify the goals and objectives needed to correct a problem or improve a program. The District or school maintain ownership of the process and therefore have the empowerment to successfully implement the program. In most cases, the solution being implemented is not a “shrink-wrapped” product. The program requires planning and support to succeed. EdSmart staff works with the faculty to create or select an appropriate program.
