EdSmart combines the writing of a grant application with program development and/or selection. The comprehensive services may include:

Review and analyze district and school improvement plans, action plans and existing programs.

Perform needs assessments, data analysis, and disaggregation to support program funding, if requested.

Conduct staff, student, and parent surveys, focus groups, and team meetings to identify applicable solutions, if requested.

Identify and prioritize federal, state, and other funding sources.

Meet with stakeholders to outline issues and propose solutions.

Prepare documentation and grant application to obtain funding.

Present the completed application to the district for final approval prior to submission.

Assist the District with program evaluation, if requested.
